Is tapping new to you or are you a regular?

Well, if you’re new, have a go right now at tapping, by following my simple tips.

Set a clear intention: Before starting your tapping session, take a few moments to clarify what you want to work on. This could be a specific issue or emotion you want to address, or a broader goal you want to achieve.

Use specific language: When tapping on the various acupressure points, use specific language to describe your emotions and experiences. This can help to pinpoint the root of the issue and bring it to the surface.

Focus on the negative: While it may seem counterintuitive, it’s important to focus on the negative aspects of your issue or emotion as you tap. By acknowledging and accepting these negative feelings, you can begin to release them.

Use affirmations: Once you have released the negative emotions, use positive affirmations to reinforce the changes you want to make. Choose affirmations that feel true and empowering to you.

Be consistent: Like any other form of therapy, EFT tapping requires consistency to see results. Aim to tap daily, or at least several times a week, to experience the full benefits of this technique.

Remember that EFT tapping is just one tool in your toolbox for improving your emotional and mental wellbeing. If you’re struggling with a serious issue or mental health concern, it’s important to seek the guidance of a trained mental health professional.
