I'm delighted to share my heartfelt experience with my reiki therapist, who generously provided me with seven consecutive days of half-hour sessions. Choosing the serene hour of 9 pm, the sessions were perfectly timed to induce relaxation. Each day, I experienced a profound sense of peace, often accompanied by sensations of heat and tingling in various areas. I felt as though some deep-seated emotions were released, leaving me uplifted and lighter. Her intuitive approach and the subsequent insightful feedback fostered a harmonious connection. I wholeheartedly recommend this soothing and transformative holistic experience.

Our first time visiting Sue and the team in Rogerstone, to attend the Meditation for beginners group! We are not new to meditation or the holistic field, but gladly found this company, the trainer and the other members, allowing us to recharge our holistic batteries so to speak! Thank you Sue 5 stars hand down ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Sue is a skilled healer with advanced therapeutic skills to calm upon which she adapts to each individual client and their situation. She has helped me & my 11 year old daughter who is still affected by post traumatic stress disorder after an unexpected traumatic illness in 2019. Benefits from her reiki therapy, eft tapping and meditation skills include better sleep, reduced frequency & severity of nightmares, less intense emotional reactions & more ability to be “in the moment” and “enjoy the present”. Sue has an empathetic, calm & unhurried approach and reflects on her practice between sessions and adapts the next session accordingly. There is no pressure to rebook, just a genuine, kind, positive soul, happy to offer healing where she can.

“I have worked with Sue for over ten years on various projects and leadership courses within Tata Steel Europe. Sue is professional, engaging, well organised and extremely reliable – she won’t let you down. Having worked with Sue on the Safety Leadership Programme in Tata Steel UK, I was really impressed with her creativity and quality of work, engaging with all levels of personnel within our business. Sue is passionate about Mental Health and championed this within our company, spearheading our first Mental Health Day in 2022, which was a huge success and helped get our teams talking openly about mental health challenges that we all have and what we can do to improve. Sue is a first-rate trainer and I wish her success in her new venture.”

I had the pleasure of working closely with Sue to deliver many sessions of the Tata safety leader program. Sue’s understanding of the subject matter was above question, but the delivery style is what set it above the rest. The ability to deal closely with everyone from senior management down to new starters in the organisation and connect with them on a personal level is an undervalued skill which Sue has in abundance. The true measure that stands out to me is Sue’s tenacity and passion to not only get these over aching programs off the ground, but to keep sustaining them week in week out and getting senior managers to devote their time to supporting them. I will personally miss the support sue has given me as a senior leader in my own delivery styles and wish her every success in the future.

‘I have worked with Sue for Over 7 years in a heavily industrialised company. Sue took time to explain the processes of ‘mindfulness’ to those that didn’t think they needed it. Over the years, I recognised the importance of being calm and have adopted some of the tools. When I needed assistance, Sue was always there. Sue uses her exceptional people skills to great use especially when she talks passionately about Occupational Safety, Wellbeing & training. Sue has been a great asset to the business, ‘she cares’, and I am sure that she will excel in her new venture.’

Manager of Occupational Health and Wellbeing

I have had the pleasure of working with Sue on a few leadership projects at both the concept stage and at delivery. Sue brings passion and enthusiasm to everything she does. She is approachable and always considers what the learner would want. She is passionate about mental health and wellbeing and has delivered on projects related to these topics. She radiates positivity and will always go above and beyond in supporting people.
