A lovely evening experiencing different techniques of meditation, along with discussions of the benefits and the research which shows this. Trying out meditations such as using the breath as an anchor, body scans, visualisation meditations, mantras and mudras, Crystal/chakra meditations and allowing time for reflection and what comes up for you.
Cushions, chairs and mats made available. Just bring a blanket and a drink. £7 per person for a 75-minute class.
